By submitting your order to Reglaze My Spex you confirm:

You are aged 16 or over and are not registered blind or partially sighted;
You are in possession of a written prescription for your spectacles that has been given to you by a suitably qualified person in the last 24 months (or 12 months if you are aged 70 or over); and You will supply accurate details of your current prescription (including any notes on the prescription) when requested.

Liability

The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery.You accept that reglazing your glasses is at your own risk. Reglaze My Spex accept no responsibility for any breakages that may occur. We will not be liable to you for any inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes.)

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Limitations of Supply

We will make a reasonable effort to ensure that all Orders are fulfilled; however we cannot guarantee the availability of Goods. If the Goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative or a refund. If we are unable to contact you, your Order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.
If considered necessary or appropriate before an Order is accepted, Reglaze My Spex have absolute discretion:
to request that you send us a copy of your written prescription;
to contact directly, or request that you contact, the optician who provided your prescription to verify and/or discuss your prescription,
to request that you obtain your pupillary distance measurement from your optician, or request that you obtain a new written prescription from your optician

Your personal data

We will ensure that our employees, agents and sub-contractors shall, at all times, comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act in relation to data received from you in relation to this contract and shall only process personal data received from you where necessary to fulfill our obligations under this contract.
